Miles is Executive Vice President for Lowe Property Group (LPG) where he assists with all aspects of the business. Miles is heavily involved with LPG’s asset management and property management functions, and helps oversee the company’s recently launched preferred equity fund. He is also a member of LPG’s investment committee for acquisition and development projects.

 

Prior to joining Lowe Property Group, Miles spent time at two multifamily-focused private equity firms (Sundance Bay in Orem, Utah, & JRK Property Holdings in Los Angeles, California), as well as a large multifamily REIT (Cottonwood Residential in Salt Lake City, Utah). His experience includes asset managing a portfolio of over 2,000 residential units, playing an integral role in the development of over $500MM worth of Class A apartments and retail space, and has underwritten several billion dollars worth of multifamily acquisition and development deals.

 

Miles graduated with a finance degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business.
