Keith has been a part of the construction and development industry for over 17 years and is a Vice President at Lowe Property Group (LPG). His responsibilities include site acquisitions, predevelopment services, due diligence, entitlements, and overseeing and directing new development opportunities.
Before joining LPG, Keith was a principal and co-founder of Form Development, a boutique real estate development company, where he oversaw the development and disposition of over $200 million within the Salt Lake City market. All projects were urban infill in nature and ranged from luxury hotel to low-income housing tax credit multifamily projects.
Prior to Form Development, Keith was the Director of Development for Hamilton Partners where he oversaw the development of nearly $400 million in multi-family, office, retail, and mixed-use projects in and around the Salt Lake Valley. Keith has served on the Board of Directors in various roles within the local Utah NAIOP chapter and is an active member of the Downtown Alliance.
Keith has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
