Director of Development​

Joseph is the Director of Development for Lowe Property Group (LPG). His responsibilities include the sourcing, financial underwriting, capitalization, design, entitlement, and project management of LPG’s real estate developments.

Prior to joining LPG, Joseph worked as a Development Associate for Greystar, leading the development of various multifamily and mixed-use projects totaling 570 units with a total capitalized value of $248 million.

Prior to Greystar, Joseph worked as Assistant Vice President in U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group where he co-led the origination of $410 million in debt proceeds and managed a national portfolio of $1.1 billion.

Joseph is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business where he obtained both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting.
