Ty is an Analyst at Lowe Property Group (LPG), where he focuses on underwriting acquisition and equity deals, supporting the team during the due diligence process, and assisting with the firm’s day-to-day asset management operations.

Prior to joining LPG in 2025, Ty gained experience as a Development and Property Management Intern with McGrath Property Group in Madison, Wisconsin.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. During his time there, Ty was actively involved in the Wisconsin Real Estate Club, the U.S. Bank Access to Ascend Bridge Program, and completed the Project Destined Real Estate Investments Internship Program.
